Dean Projects Contracting and Trading Est. is a dynamic, leading contracting and industrial conglomerate in Saudi Arabia having Saudi Aramco vendor registration no 10062264, today we contribute to the growth and prosperity of the Saudi Arabian nation. Dean Projects is a general contractor with its main office in Yanbu Al-Bahr. The construction division was added and the company has become known for its high quality in the construction of Civil, Electrical, fabrication & erection works.

The Dean Projects operates Contracting in four Business Sectors, namely Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation an, Also in other forms of work like Trading, Telecommunication & Security Systems and Material Supply.

The team prides itself not only in delivering products and services of the highest quality and standards, but also ensures the utmost integrity with every one that we deal with. Based on the success of contracting, ...the company soon diversified into associated businesses and became an integrated conglomerate of Contracting, Trading and Services businesses.

The success of the conglomerated businesses leads to the establishment of a Telecommunication & Security System Division that develops Integrated Access, Employees ID’s (Time & Attendance), Parking & Revenue Control, Automated Vehicle ID & Asset Tracking Systems land and property with in and outside of Saudi Arabia. Due to availability of large equipment inventory and a wide range of highly skilled Work force. Dean Projects, is largely self-reliant and thereby able to undertake & to coordinate projects within its own organization and resources.

Dean Projects is undertaking projects kingdom-wide. We are based in Yanbu AlBahr & our Yanbu and Jeddah yard accommodating our Steel Fabrication workshop, Auto and Heavy Equipment workshops, Central stores, Carpentry workshop, Precast concrete Yard, Reinforcement steel cutting and bending facilities, Electrical workshop, Electrical power generation facilities, Plumbing workshop, European & Arab Compound, labor camp (TCN standard), Lot area for rental.

The objectives of Dean Projects is to continue providing a wide range of construction and support services, utilizing proven and innovative techniques, to satisfy and to build a lasting relationship with our customers in all sectors. Dean Projects has successfully completed numerous contracts various disciplines with reputed companies including TECHNIP Saudi Arabia Ltd., Royal Commission, IREM Spa Ltd., TEKFEN Rabiq, SINOPEC, TECHNIMONT Arabia Ltd., TECHNICAS, NATPET, AYTB, ALMABANI, ALDOSSARY, SAARCO, NESMA, CRISTAL, REUNIDASGULF, CCC Khursania ARAMCO Project, SAIPEM, LINDE ARABIA LTD. Khurias Project and SNC Lavilin. We also undertake supply of equipment and manpower of almost all categories to our clients as per their requirement. Dean Projects has fully furnished and well equipped Office Complex (HO) located in Yanbu and Branches in Dammam & Riyadh. To serve our clients better the establishment has appointed highly qualified Office Staff comprising of Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Liaison and Clerical categories.Dean Projects has fully furnished Camp in Yanbu & Jubail with all basic amenities for its work force. Dean Projects has an extensive Workshop/Yard in Riyadh with complete facilities for maintenance and repair of equipment.
